What Application do I need to run to access tunjung tours.com?
At the current stage, it is recommended that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer (or its equivalent) version 4.0 or higher, to be able to explore and make the most of tunjungtours.com website and its functions. We also recommend a display resolution of 800x600 or greater. Resolution smaller than that would require you to scroll to the right and left of the web pages to be able to see the whole information contained in the pages.
As we continue to develop further functions, we will update you with any additional application that is required. Nevertheless, we will try to minimize the hassle to access our site by keeping it as simple as possible.

Every accepted reservation request would be followed by a confirmation notice on the screen and also confirmation by e-mail. If the connection is lost before you see the confirmation screen or if you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, you will need to make the reservation again.
If you are not comfortable with the online transaction process, you may use e-mail (contact mail to: [email protected]) and send us all the required details of your travel plan so that we will be able to respond to your request immediately. A contact number would be very useful especially if you have a tight schedule.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an e-mail message to confirm your reservation. Some of the transactions (such as tour package arrangements) require a certain period for the confirmation.
What if I need to make a change to my travel arrangements or cancel my reservation?
Should you need to make a change or to cancel your travel arrangement, call us or send e-mail to [email protected]. There might be a fee applicable as a result of your change or cancellation. The amount of the fee and the minimum time required notifying us about the change before the d-day are dependent on the services you have purchased.

Do we have to obtain a visa to enter Indonesia (Bali)?
Not if you come from one of the countries listed below. Indonesia has free visa facilities that allow citizens from 48 countries to enter the country without having to obtain a visa prior to arrival. The 48 countries are:
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom (Great Britain), United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Venezuela, Yugoslavia and Taiwanese holding MFA//M passports.
Visitors from these countries can simply have their passports stamped with a tourist visa when they turn up at the airport. However, you MUST have a return flight already booked, or you may be required to buy one before being allowed entry, which can be expensive. The tourist visa lasts two months, after which you must leave the country, though there's nothing to stop you coming straight back again if you want to.

Tropical - hot and humid all the time! There are two seasons, dry and hot (April - September), and rainy (October - March). The timing of these seasons has varied considerably in the past few years, however, due to El Nino and other climatic interference. Temperatures range from 21 to 33°C in the low lands, but it can get quite chilly at night in the highlands of Central Java. Bring a jacket if you intend to do any volcano climbing.

What about transport to and from the airports?
Most major hotels provide 'pick up' services which is the most convenient way, but there are also good taxi services ready and waiting outside the Arrivals hall.

Where can we find exchange facilities?
You can find authorized moneychangers at the Ngurah Rai Airport and in all major tourist areas in Bali, banks and at all major hotels. You will also find that your Visa or MasterCard can be used in many ATM machines.

How can I make international calls?
From hotels and business centers, but also from the abundant "Wartel" booths, which have international telecommunication facilities. For Internet access, again any hotel business center should be able to sort you out, if not, find an Internet café or "Warnet"!
